Shipping & Returns

Pinner & Co. offers complimentary shipping on all orders to shipping addresses within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes. Pinner & Co. is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs. For International shipping or inquiries regarding the status of your order, please email chat@pinnerandco.com .

US Standard Delivery

Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after ordering.

Expedited shipping services are available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy, we will gladly accept your timely return. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request within 10 days of delivery. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit within 30 days if items are returned in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.  Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.  Returns are not accepted on Sale items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel any Pinner & Co. items as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.
